Processing & Shipping

For shipping within the United States, each order will be charged a flat shipping & handling fee of $8.00. An additional $1.00 fee will be charge per additional item.
For shipping outside of the United States, please use the Contact form to contact me directly for shipping rate.
All purchases are processed via USPS First-Class Package Service
Orders within United States have tracking included
International orders do not not come with Tracking
If you would like Express/Expedited shipping or Tracking/Signature on Delivery, please contact me directly.
International shipping rates vary according to the USPS First-Class Package International Service

When will your prints arrive?

Please allow up to 5 business days to process the orders, to prepare the prints, packaged and shipped. (There may be delays during Holidays)
Delivery times are subject to your location. Please allow for an additional 7-10 business working days for arrival.

If the prints have arrived damaged or unsatisfactory, please email me a photo of the damaged package and print at baacooly@gmail.com with the order number and a brief explanation.
Should you wish to return your item, we are happy to provide a full refund. Simply fill out the Exchanges & Returns form that accompanied your order and ship the item back to us in its original, unused, condition (no tags and/or seal have been removed), include the original invoice number and we will send a confirmation email once your account has been credited. We process returns within 7-10 business days of receipt of the original item and issue refunds only in the same form as was utilized for payment.
Buyers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
